School Value Ambassadors (earning House Points with one pupil chosen each week per year group, awarded by teachers for showing one of our school values):
Year 6 Eva for ‘Hope’, ‘Trust’ and ‘Perseverance’ – Eva has come a long way in her writing this year. She shows good self-editing and correcting skills, writes neatly and with ambitious vocabulary. Keep going with this Eva, well done!
Year 5 Sam for ‘Love’ and ‘Respect’ – Sam has had a great week, especially in Maths and English lessons. He is taking a good interest in our Galapagos Island unit, with his writing reflecting that. Keep it up Sam!
Year 5 Caitlyn for ‘Perseverance’ and ‘Tolerance’ – Mr Arthur, Mrs Gregory and Mrs Grogan are all so proud of Caitlin for her willingness to keep going throughout every day this week to complete a full week’s worth of good work. Excellent and well done!
Year 4 Blake for ‘Love’ and ‘Wisdom’ – Blake is always going above and beyond with his homework. He is eager to learn and is a delight to have in class!
Year 3 Aoife for ‘Perseverance’ and ‘Wisdom’ – Aoife is a valuable member of Dragonflies. She is a fountain of knowledge and is always working hard to deepen her understanding. Well done Aoife!
Year 2 Mwaita for ‘Love’ and ‘Hope’ – Mwaita is a joy to teach! She has such fantastic ideas and has very thoughtful contributions in our class discussions. You’re a star!
Year 1 Lottie for ‘Perseverance’ and ‘Wisdom – Lottie is working so hard in and out of school! Her confidence and ability is improving everyday – keep it up Lottie.
Reception Olivia for ‘Perseverance’, ‘Friendship’ and ‘Respect’ – Olivia always shows our school values. She consistently tries her hardest, has a positive attitude, takes responsibility for her learning and is a kind friend to all.
Bumblebees Julian for ‘Perseverance‘ and ‘Wisdom‘ – Julian’s listening and attention has been amazing this week, he has given some wonderful answers during group time. Well done Julian!

Other Achievements…
India received a silver medal for coming 2nd place in a gala at her swimming club. Any of the swimmers who received a gold, silver or bronze medal will now go on to compete against other swimming clubs in the county – a fantastic achievement!
Eva received a player of the match award. Last week was a ‘silent supporters’ week at sporting events. Eva was commended on her ability to help and guide the other players in her team.
