St John’s celebrates Music Mark Award
We are celebrating fantastic news to start our new school year as we have learned that our school has been nominated and chosen to become a ‘Music Mark School Member 2018/19’. This award is given “in recognition of a commitment to providing high quality music education for all children and young people.”
Well done to all the children who give a brilliant effort towards learning music at St John’s. A special mention goes to those children who take up the opportunity to participate in our various musical groups throughout the week: Choir, Orchestra, Percussion Ensembles, Violins, Guitar and Recorders. Thank you to Mrs Hindson, Mrs Lumley, Mrs Nowotarski and Mr Banks too!
