North Shropshire Hi-5 Championships
Following our success at the Corbet Level 1 competition in autumn term, a squad of Hi-5 Netball players attended Adcote School this week for the Level 2 Tournament.

Bryn Offa 2-0 (Ruyton win)
Cheswardine 3-0 (loss)
Hodnet 4-2 (loss)
Overall – 3rd in North Shropshire! Well done Will, Will, Lexie, Poppy, Emily, Billy and Ellie; the improvement in your game and effort shown all afternoon was brilliant.

Number Day Collection for NSPCC

Letters – Wednesday 31st January 2018
Letters coming home today are: Wroxeter Roman City visit – Dragonfly Class (Yellow consents and contributions to be returned by 26th February 2018) and for Rabbit Class, Museum of Iron visit (Orange consents and contributions to be back in school no later than 5th February 2018) and a notification for the National Dance Company (Wales) Workshop on 15th March 2018 (this workshop is in school time, but we would be grateful if you would return the tear off slip at the bottom of the Blue Letter as soon as possible). Liverpool 2018 – Dragonfly Class (Year 4)

A letter regarding Leaver Hoodies will be coming home tonight with Year 6 pupils. We have also sent the following out on Parentmail: Speed Watch! Volunteers, Term Dates 2018/2019 & a letter from Mrs Hindson regarding a Woodwind Workshop (this is for pupils in Years 4, 5 & 6 who may be interested in taking part).
Liverpool 2018 – Meeting for Parents
A reminder to parents of Year 4 pupils that the Liverpool 2018 meeting will take place this afternoon (Monday 22nd January) at 4.30pm. The meeting will take place in the school hall. If you are not able to attend this one, please feel free to come along to the meeting at Bomere Heath CE Primary School on Monday 29th January 2018 at 4.30pm.
