Bumblebees Star of the Week

Congratulations to Indiana for earning the Bumblebees Star of the Week; she has settled brilliantly into Nursery and she has only just turned 2!

Raffle ticket winners (awarded by staff for lining-up or behaviour around school)

Plus an extra winner in Hedgehog Class as they had the most tickets this week ๐Ÿ‘

Two swimming distance badges in one!

Laurie really impressed us this morning; he showed off his 5 metres AND 10 metres swimming badges! Well done Laurie!

St John the Baptist Day Service & Lunch

We had a very successful St John the Baptist Day Service led by our Year 6s this morning. Thank you to all the families that came and supported the event!

Have Fun for Harry Day!

We had a brilliant day on Friday 17th June for the Harry Johnson’s Trust ‘Have Fun for Harry Day’. Between our Bake Sale and orange / green clothes day, we made a whopping ยฃ287.32!

Thank you to everyone who baked / donated cakes for us to sell. The Fun & Games Council were kept very busy organising their bake sale! A special thank you to our kitchen staff who baked some special froggy puddings for the day too!

The winners of the Bake Off will be announced during our Celebration Assembly on Friday.

Swimming Award

We celebrated Nancy’s AMAZING achievement of her 5m distance badge! As we always say, this is the hardest one to get. We are super proud of you Nancy- keep it up!

Evie also showed off her recent achievements – a 25m badge! Great work Evie ๐Ÿ™‚

 

Shrewsbury Half Marathon ๐Ÿ‘

A huge congratulations to all our amazing children who took part in the Shrewsbury half marathon on Saturday. You ran, you laughed, you smiled: you were an inspiration to us all! We couldnโ€™t be prouder of each and everyone of you. Thank you to all the families too for their support on the day too ๐Ÿ™Œ
